I am still not 100 % sure what the hell is up with this, but just take as a warning.
Please note that the Japanese Saturn has a different pinout and the SCART spec is different in Japan.
Assuming you are in Euroland with a PAL saturn just get a normal non-Japanese RGB Scart cable.
(AND mod the saturn to run at 60Hz)
If you´ve got a Japanese system you want to run in RGB, good luck.
The rgb output port on the Saturn is definetly different from a PAL saturn, so plugging a pal scart cable in will give you a !"§$!§"$ image.
And I am also not sure that if you plug a Japanese Scart cable in a JApanese Saturn and run it on a non-Japanese monitor it will display RGB correctly.
EDIT: Oragon!
Perhaps a US saturn will work ok, probanly same as PAL.

Got one from http://www.consolegoods.co.uk/ - works awesome. Shipping takes a while but I've ordered from this guy 3 times and everything was top-notch quality and near impossible to find elsewhere. Connected a Japanese Saturn to a UK Amiga monitor to produce the most beautiful picture I've ever seen a console produce where another cheap-crappy cable failed miserably despite 2 hours of trial-and-error modding.
