S-video on SNES 2/Jr?
I know you can't have normal s-video on a SNES 2/Jr, if is there like a special kind of s-video cable that works with the SNES 2/Jr?

That is correct. The SNES 2/Jr does not have s-video output. I tried it with mine before I knew.
It also doesn't have RGB on the multi-out. http://www.gamesx.com/rgbadd/snes2svid.htm

From Wiki:
I remember reading a guide to mod the mini for S-Video, and the author put it as "they forgot to hook up the S-Video" which leaves me to believe that it's an easy mod to do. I assume it's just adding a few wires.
the SNS-101 being the SNES mini and the SNS-001 being the original console. The SNS-101 features the same "MULTI OUT" audio/video connector used on the original SNS-001 model.[6] However the SNS-101 only outputs composite video and stereo audio through this port, even though the original SNS-001 supported composite video, S-Video and RGB. The video encoder chip used in the system still supports S-Video and RGB, but these pins were left unused. Many users who wished for a better picture resorted to modifying the system to restore this missing functionality
