Here are some rules you should do before you make any purchase at half.com. Why would you shop at half.com? There are times, actually half the time, where you can get the games from half.com sellers for much less. I got persona 2 for 30 brand new, while they were selling them for about 70 dollars at ebay.com for a used copy. I got Suikoden 2 for less than 100 when they were selling them for like 150 at ebay.
1. Always contact seller. If s/he doesn't respond, you should move on to the next seller. You can also do some by asking questions and please let them know that your feedback is based mostly on communication. Always always ask what it comes with cause most half.com sellers don't seem like they care or have any idea!
2. Do not select fast mail if you want it fast. Tell sellers that usps no longer ships games through media mail. First class is only about 3 dollars btw. Always ask for a delivery confirmation.
3. When you get the game, you have to make sure it works and closely observe the condition of the game. If it's not in the promised condition like the game has many heavy scratches that can cause your game to freeze, then you have two choices. First, it's to return the game w/o paying for shipping. File a claim if they do want you to pay for shipping or refuse return. Second, get a partial or full refund (this has happened to me a couple of times) and use that money to professionally resurface the game for a couple of dollars at http://www.skippydisc.com

It's a free market. Prices vary all the time. I've found cases where Ebay prices were high but then prices were lower on Amazon.
I haven't checked Half.com too often because usually they don't have the game I'm looking for or it's too high. I'll try checking it often now.

Half is decent, I found Bronkie for $25.

First off, I don't fraud or support fraud. If a game is not in working condition, then it's definitely legal to ask the seller for a partial refund or full refund if you would like. I bought Tales of Eternia for 50 dollars (i know some can get it for less) and I was actually watching the same item at ebay. The bidding was going up as high as 70 dollars for the darn game, so why spend 20 dollars more. Yea, sorry if this feels like some sort of spam.

I think he was referring to games as toys the way car guys refer to cars as toys.
