It will die in a few days to a week. It wont work like this forever, mine did the same thing.

I think he' trying to convey that he's been using it for free for two years.


And if that is the case I say you should either destroy then toss that radio out, or just not tell anyone. Sirius/XM can sue you for a very, VERY large amount if they ever found out.
