Whoohoo, let's make hump day a little more morbid.
What do you think is the worst way a person can shuffle off this mortal coil? I'm going to say drowning. It's long, drawn out, and the whole time you know that if you could just get some air you'd be okay. Definitely my worst nightmare.
How do folks want to (not) kick off when your time is up?
Worst way to die?
Worst way to die?
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Probably of cancer. Dying a slow and painful death and knowing there is no established cure for the disease is a scary thought.

Burning is bad. Or how bout you fall in a ditch break your back and you know that the ants are going to eat you until there is nothing left but a clean meat free skeleton.
Drowning were your car falls into a canal and you see the car slowly filling up with water. I am a cop. A year ago this drunk dude drives into a canal. The witnesses said they heard him trying to smash out the window as his vehicle's lights became dimmer and dimmer. When the dive team finaly pulled him out, his fists were meaty meat pockets from trying to punch out the glass. Thats why alcohol and motor vehicles don't go together.
Funny part is I always run laser speed enforcement on that road. Except that night I was at the station swapping out batterys. If I would have been there 30 minutes sooner, He might have slowed down enough were he would have never lost control of his vehicle.

I also always thought drowning would be scary, not pain wise but panic. To me the worst would be being eaten alive. It use to be from animals, but I read "State of Fear" by Micheal Crichton and it had cannibals using small knifes to cut bits of pieces off some guy tied up, that includes face and privates. Ugh. I am shivering right now thinking of it.
Note:
Please keep this a fun thread. A lot of times people make threads like this and people put real experiences in their life (family/friends) and it turns it from fun to sad and depressing. I have to deal with that enough in my real life
. The worst pain thread comes to mind. Not trying to be insensitive.

Don't know why, but there's something very unsettling to me about falling. Like when people jump off buildings for example. I've had nightmares about falling into places like the Grand Canyon. So yeah, death by falling would suck for me. You see that in movies and tv shows a lot. Some crazy guy decides to kill someone and pushes that person out of a window or something. Like what happened to John Locke on Lost
