Hacking a Four Score

I just got a Game Genie and a Game Action Replay (not Pro Action Replay) for my NES, I got the genie so I could get the 4 Player option in Super Dodgeball working, but it didn't, then I found this site and this other one that say that a US four score can be hacked to play and that he'll put up a tutorial soon, however, it seems he hasn't updated in a long time.

Has anyone done this or know of a site with a tutorial or something??
