game show contest! now with entry!

ok guys i been throwin around this idea for a week now. what if we have a "whose is bigger contest" on showing of our collections! and maybe we can get one of the admins or racketboy himself to set an entry date cutoff and judge it! here are the rules i came up with to set the tone of the competition.

1. YOU can ONLY show five items in your collection, show choose wisely.

2. you are limited to 5 pictures. no multi angle shots.

3. more than five items can be in your picture if they are to just convey completenes. (i.e. box, manual, and inserts displayed seperately in photo, or all necessary cables and controllers to a system to make it complete).

4. items need not be judged solely on VALUE. some games are expensive but all "true" collectors have them. So how rare are they really if they are a "necessary" item to everyone?


so, thats my idea. its gonna be HARD to pick which five items in your collection are worthy isnt it. i dont have a good camera to use right now so i cant even post my own entry yet. workin on it though and hope to have it in a few days. what do u guys think? could be fun

i think this would be a pretty cool idea.

i just need 1 picture though: my cib final fight cd will definitively take home the prize. so i think i will sit this contest out so others have a chance to win.

it seems a lot of people on this site own a lot of good shit. even better than cib final fight cd. and actually picking out the winner based off 5 items would be very very interesting and very tough. which is why it is an awesome idea.
