okay im having a big issue with buring jpn games. here are the steps ..1st i have the ISO/MP3 ---> then converted the mp3 to WAV > Then i put the ISO and WAV in a NEWFOLDER. After that i change the region code for US and then create a CUE.
I have tried different settings when converted the wav such as LOW Quality--Good Quality. In the end the game boots and work fine except for the music which seems to be scratchy.
??? does anybody know what im doing wrong?
THANKS!

That's a good question. Usually the audio either works or doesn't work at all. Try playing the CD in a cd player and see if you still get static. The first (data) track will be nothing but noise so skip it.
If there's static on a CD player, it's something wrong with the burning process. I'm not sure what that would be. If it sounds ok, it's just the Saturn having trouble reading it. Try burning at a slower speed and make sure you're using quality media. That usually fixes any iffy burns.

Yeah, try and burn slower. Also try cleaning the Saturn's lens. Also, try to avoid downloading ISO/mp3 games, looks for BIN/CUE if you can.

Protip: ImgBurn will automatically convert the MP3s into WAVs, as long as the .cue file is there and links to the MP3s.

thanks guys... Well the speed that im buring is at 8. And I dont think its anything with my saturn because if i get a game that is just BIN/CUE it work just fine. But ill definitly try to burn it at slowest and tried a different type of CDR.

If your bin/cue burns are ok, it's probably not the media or burning speed. But I'm not sure what it would be instead. I can't think of any reason why a cdr burned from WAV would be different than one burned from bin, as long as the cue is ok. Still, play it in a CD player and see how it sounds.
Perhaps you could mount the iso/wav/cue in Daemon Tools and rip it to bin/cue? But that's just a wild guess.
