xbox360 Issue

i have the 3 red rings.... i replaced the xclamps with a kit off the internet... i have fixed a few of these before.... When i go to turn it on to overheat the system for a few minutes... the fan doesnt kick on. it turns on for a seconds then turns off. The system does not get hot at all and teh red lightsare still blinking.... what is the problem?

These 'fixes' never work, the only way to fix a RRoD 360 (and a ylod PS3) is to have the BGA reworked on a professional infrared workstation. I'd take it to somebody who knows what they are doing to have it fixed.
