WII wondering if there are Security Screws and Stickers ?

hi team , i am thinking of getting a WII and was wondering if there are Security Screws and Security Stickers preventing opening the console ?

You need a triwing screwdriver which is the same as what is needed on most nintendo things - it should not be too hard to find online, but don't count on finding it in a local hardware store or anything

If it's a small tri-wing just like GBA carts, then places with cell phone accessories might have them. Its its a bigger screw, then a set of general type security bits would probably include tri-wings.

I can't recall explicitly, but I'm 99% positive it would have something like this indicating the console has been opened once the sticker has been peeled off.

No it doesn't but to access a few screws you need to take off a few plastic caps that support the wii when its put sideways. Someone who knows can easily tell if you are not careful to peel them properly. I had a nice tutorial bookmarked before but don't be lazy we are not going to google some for you.

Be sure to get a small and medium sized triwing screwdrivers. If you want real cheap and not planning to open up a wii modding service then I use this two:

Be sure to take note of the screws and where they need to go because there's quite a few.
