Newts Colection (so far...)

Post by newt42 »

Well, now that I have a proper camera, I figured I'd go ahead and take some pictures of my incomplete yet progressive collection. It is in absolutely NO way complete (especially my Genesis collection.) So without further adieu, here is my collection thus far. Once a few of my Saturn games come in the mail, I will update this post with a picture of that. (Yes, I was going to mod it, but I decided to collect legit copies. Really went with my heart on that one.)

My PS1 collection. It is the console I grew up with as a teeny tiny kid. Most of the games I grew up with got beat to hell. I replaced most of the childhood nostalgia with decent copies, along with a bunch of stuff I missed out on.

and moar...

My Gamecube collection. Small, but great. Still very incomplete.

My PS2 collection. The console is not at my house, so I use the family owned PS3 to play these.

...
ImageVirtua Fighter 4 Evolution was blured out by light.

My Dreamcast collection. Just started last year. Some of these games were adopted from my girlfriend at the time. She had no use for them because she sold her Dreamcast at a yard sale way back when. But for some reason, she still kept the games. And now they have a better home, where they will be loved, and well taken care of. I also bought some of these myself.

My GBA/GBC/GB collection. My current GBA SP is beat to hell with a cracked screen and broken shoulder buttons. I ordered a used and well taken care of black version just the other day.

and boxes. Everyone loves boxes...

My Nintendo 64 collection. This is the console that I wanted as a teeny tiny kid. But I never got one. All of my friends had one and I was pissed. Finally got one a few months ago and am catching up on more games that I missed out on. (My copy of Perfect Dark is being borrowed by a friend.)

My half assed Genesis collection. It is sad. I dont even know if its worth posting, but here it is anyway. Since Genesis games are fairly cheap, I will probably buying a lot more this year.

my foot is there too... bad photography... anyway

My Nintendo DS collection.

and here are the DS games I had pre-flash cart:

And there you have it. My smallish Saturn collection will be posted as soon as a few games come in the mail. I think my DS collection is what I'm most proud of. Look at all the games I "have" for it. Its almost like having every single DS game ever made. :D

I've been thinking of getting a DS flash card. How do you like the M3 real? Do you think it's better than the cyclo evolution?
