I don't own a credit card and it requires one for verification. Is there any place I can buy this without a credit card?

It's hard to shop on the web without paypal or a credit card.

are you buying from racket or something?

You should be able to just pay with your paypal account... have you ever used your paypal account before or is this your first time using it? If it is your first time, yeah either you need to give paypal a credit card or a bank account to utilize for payment.

I recently closed my bank account. ><

I don't understand why I can't use my paypal account still. I was still able to buy a couple of things on ebay after I closed my account. You think I could talk to the owner of racketboy personally and directly send the paypal money?

I really want this chip so I can get into some Nights and Panzer Dragoon Saga.

wait... wait are you serious!

You closed your bank account? And you wonder why you can't BUY anything with your paypal account linked to that bank account!?

DUDE... you have NO MONEY!!! Of course you're not gonna be able to buy anything with it. It's NOT racketboy's problem... it's yours and paypals. You need some financial source for paypal to access so you can buy stuff. It's not like paypal just PAYS for it for you... you need to pay them!

Your account probably was still functional after you closed you bank account because you still had some electronic funds available on your paypal account. You most likely dried up those funds and now paypal wants some other form of money from you.

Or better yet they probably didn't notice you closed your bank account until you started ordering stuff and they couldn't get the money from you. I won't be surprised if you get a bill in the mail telling you that you owe them 100 dollars plus interest and other penalty fees!

I mean seriousily... how did you think the money was gonna get to Racket? Does it just appear out of pixie dust?
