Thanks to racketboy I now have VGA/480p output without having to mod the console. I just wanted to post a thread to say that it came in the mail in no time (I ordered xmas day and it came this morning). My games have never looked better and I'm loving the look of MvC2 and Jet Set Radio on my 21 inch CRT monitor.

I also got a new battery for one of my VMUs but I've yet to install it.

I'll defiantly be ordering parts from this site in the future. The price of admission was more than worth the time I would have spent getting the parts I needed and doing the VGA modification myself. Plus it works with all my Dreamcasts! :)

BTW the picture is a little misleading... I was expecting the VGA box to be bigger than it is. Not complaining at all about this though! ;)

Edit- Seems I've missed the very large sticky thread in this forum.... If need be feel free to merge this post into that thread.

Congrats!

I verified that Dreamcast Lightguns do work with VGA and a CRT monitor.
