This was well worth the wait.

It has arrived! Took over a month to get here, but I finally got my Virtual On twin stick controller and the import copy of Virtual On in the mail. It is a lot bigger than I thought it would be, and has a nice weight to it to. I was afraid it would feel a lot cheaper. I'm thinking of picking one of these up so that I can use it on my Dreamcast for Virtual On: Ontario Tangram.

Anyone have any experience with these controller converters? I would also totally use it with my Saturn fightstick. Maybe then I'll actually be good at MvC2!

Congrats! I've always wanted to pick up a pair just to play Virtual On the way it was meant to be played.

I've been using the Total Control 3 for months now. It works perfectly with the normal Saturn Pads and MVC2 is incredibly fun with it; as is Mark of the Wolves and pretty much every other 2D fighter.

I had one of those, along with the Saturn racing wheel, 2 stunners, 2 multitaps and 8 extra controllers. All those accessories took way too much space, so they got sold.

I'd definately recommend getting a converter to use it on the DC. VO is playable on the Saturn pad (though not as awesome) but the DC pad just doesn't have quite enough buttons to play well.

Cool, but... I think I'd love to try to make my own twinstick.

Also, maybe find a way to make it work for multiple consoles.

Cuz aside from the Saturn and Dreamcast, doesn't the PS2 have a VO game? And I'm pretty sure that this would work quite well with Smash TV (I have it on my original Xbox).

Anyone know if Katamari Damashi could be played with a Twinstick?

Thats Awesome!

I have never played with the Saturn Sticks! Some say they are better than the Dreamcast's.

I have 1 pair of the Dreamcast Twin Sticks and they are really good sturdy sticks! Im thinking about getting either the Saturn Sticks or DC sticks? Not sure yet for my second pair. Any feedback?

Now playing Virtual On with the VS Link Cable is another whole new experience. Get 2 cheap CRT Monitors, VS Cable, 2 Twin Sticks, 2 Dreamcasts and 2 Copies of the game and you are in business! Its a Blast to play! Oh, yeah I forgot.... you need 2 people too! :D
