Hey guys, I've been visiting this site for a while now, it's awesome, but just registered. There's an article that was posted recently about game marathons, and well, our team is doing one based on the most well known Genesis games. Starting today! 72 hours of pure Genesis and also raising money for the Child's Play charity at the same time.
So the listing of games is going to seem limited to people who know the Genesis and its games well, but this list was put together mostly because of the collection that came out on the 360/PS3 not too long ago. Anyway, these are the games being played:

This is starting today, at around 6pm EST, on the marathon site. It's going to be lots of fun, so if you'd like come watch and support us and the charity! But if you don't come by, what do you think would make the marathon better? In terms of games, order, etc.

Also, about the games. We would want to include all those extra titles but this was planned fairly quickly and we didn't have much time to get our hands on other games.We will definitely have things like Shaq Fu and the Castlevania/Contra titles in the next Genesisthon. :]
