I'm not sure if EVERY Saturn PAR has it, but the 4-in-1 does. In other words, I'm not sure if every Saturn PAR is a 4-in-1.

Works as both a 1 mb ram and/or 4 mb (snk and capcom use different size ram upgrades). I have one use it to play X-men vs Street fighter (which is way better than SFA2 in my opinion).
