I picked up Dragon Age: Origins for the 360 recently, and heard about a flash game called Dragon Age Journeys that is a companion piece to it. I decided to play through it once found out that you can unlock three items in Origins if you do certain things in Journeys. Although I only started playing for that reason, I actually became totally hooked on the game!
This game is a flash based RPG, and the battles are reminiscent of Heroes of Might and Magic, if you've ever played any of those games. There are even achievements built into the game! Even if you aren't going to play Dragon Age: Origins, give Journeys a chance if you have the free time. I've already put over two hours into it!
Anyone else try Dragon Age Journeys?

There you go. Really though, is it so hard to type it into Google? I mean, even the web address is straight forward. I really don't want to come off as a jerk, but the way you replied to my topic rubbed me the wrong way I guess.

I've been having fun with this over the past week. Starting to think I should pick up the Origins game...

I hope you enjoy Dragon Age: Origins if you do end up getting it!

I haven't tried it, but i'm glad you reminded me about the game. I heard about it before i picked up the actual game and kind of blew it off.
Now that I love the game, I'm willing to give the flash version a shot.

Re: Anyone else try Dragon Age Journeys?
It's quite detailed for a flash game and I found the style of gameplay to be well suited for a browser. My biggest gripe is that it is short - this is only part one, and the rest is forthcoming at some later date. That said, it does take a couple of hours to play through...and then a "to be continued" awaits you!nickfil wrote:I haven't tried it, but i'm glad you reminded me about the game. I'm holding out for an under $30 deal on Dragon Age Origins...anyone looking to sell?

Did you happen to get all of the achievements? You get some very nice items to use in Origins if you meet certain requirements in Journeys. I'm like 20 hours in and still using some of them!
Also, if you really want every possible item, download the character creator from the Dragon Age Origins website and upload it with your EA account to get a special item as well. The item links to your EA account, so you can use if for Origins on any platform.
