S.L.A.I and Phantom Crash
S.L.A.I and Phantom Crash
I have S.L.A.I for ps2 and I haven't played much of it yet but I had fun with what I did play. I also saw Phantom Crash at a local game store for five bucks and Racketboy lists it under hidden gems. I've looked it up and they look like the exact same game. Is there any difference between the two at all? Does anyone have them that prefers one over the other, is it worth having both, and if anyone else wants to talk about either game it would be helpful.
Re: S.L.A.I and Phantom Crash
I have S.L.A.I., but I've never even heard of Phantom Crash. Wikipedia says that S.L.A.I. is the sequel to Phantom Crash though.
I haven't really played my copy of S.L.A.I. I played like 10 minutes and I thought the atmosphere was almost cool, but didn't come together quite right and the controls were too much of a slow FPS and not enough like Virtual On, which is what I was hoping it would be.

Re: S.L.A.I and Phantom Crash
I played Phantom Crash on xbox for awhile, from the videos they do look extremely similar. I did enjoy it though, it just got to really be a grind to play after awhile. But I just don't have much patience for that, if you can handle most rpgs I don't think it'd be a problem.
