Cheapest place to get Japanese PSN cards?

Just curious if anyone knows where the cheapest place online to get them is. The best i could find was $40 for a 3000 points card. Looking to grab some of the Japanese Playstation 1 downloads, and the 3000 points card would get me 5 which is perfect. I already have a Japanese PSN account set up. Ta!

I'm sorry to tell you this, but PSN recently got region-locked. Now you can only download games from their distinct region.

I can still dl stuff from other regions - I don't think this is true...

Yeah, I don't think this is true, either. I just recently re-downloaded the Bayonetta demo to my PS3 Slim.

As I understand it there was a period where it got region locked, but then it got fixed.

Yeah, it was actually just glitch not a lock.
