Tracy Morgan NPR interview

Post by Luke »

Incredible interview.
Block off 40 minutes of your weekend and listen to this from start to finish.

Tracy even breaks down and cries a few times during the interview. Simply great.

I don't know much about him personally, but I think his character on 30 rock is annoying. Actually I think every character on 30 rock is annoying.

Trust me. It's not about Tracy Morgan, it's about an incredible interview. Just listen to it for at least 20 minutes. You'll wind up listening to it all. It's one of the best radio interviews of the past decade.

I heard the last 5 or so minutes of this last night. My reaction, "Holy crap Tracy Morgan is a weirdo". Not that there's anything wrong with that.

He's bonkers, but with him, you get what you expect.

It's funny that he mentions taking off his shirt and waving it around. A few of my friends who
live in LA have seen him in karaoke bars doing just that. Apparently he's also really genuine with his fans.

Terry seems pretty flabbergasted throughout the whole thing. Especially when he says "I love you for that."

30 Rock is probably the most overrated show ever.

Edit: Oh, no, there's Mad Men up there as well.

After episodes of breaking bad ended I usually left on Mad Men while doing whatever on my computer. The point of that show is completely lost on me. It sort of seemed like a soap opera that was shot like a drama, but was about absolutely nothing.

yeah- it was really worth it just to hear terry not know what the fuck to do moment to moment.

The interview was funny sad and awkward all wrapped up together.
