Can the PSP emulate the gamecube?

it could not emulate PS2 or Dreamcast...not even Nintendo 64 properly

Good idea! And somewhere in that game, there could be some arcade machine, that would actually play gamecube games! of course, upscaled, 60+FPS, 4x AA, 16x AF,.....

Huh I would think that a PSP would be able to emulate N64 or at least Dreamcast pretty well.
NES, SNES, PS1, N64, DC, PS2, GCN, Wii, PS3, 360, GB, GBC, GBA, GBA SP, PSP 3000, and 3DS XL

fyi Dreamcast>N64, and neither are especially easy to emulate.

I always thought of the PSP as being a little less powerful than a PS2, which would kinda throw Gamecube - as well as Dreamcast, Xbox and PS2 - far out the window. I'd honestly say it's a freakin' miracle that Sega Saturn emulation is possible on it.
