it could not emulate PS2 or Dreamcast...not even Nintendo 64 properly

Huh I would think that a PSP would be able to emulate N64 or at least Dreamcast pretty well.

I always thought of the PSP as being a little less powerful than a PS2, which would kinda throw Gamecube - as well as Dreamcast, Xbox and PS2 - far out the window. I'd honestly say it's a freakin' miracle that Sega Saturn emulation is possible on it.
