NTSC-US DOL-101 Gamecube want to turn it into a DOL-001

hi team , i got a NTSC-US DOL-101 Gamecube and want to turn it into a DOL-001 for the Digital AV Port.

Can this be done ? is it as simple as changing the Motherboard over to a DOL-001 and swithching over the Power Board PCB from a DOL-001 ?

If you don't mind me asking.... What is your attachment to this particular console? You can buy a gamecube with a digital AV just as cheap as one without. With the time, effort, and parts finding involved, you would have to have a solid gold gamecube to make it worth it all.

I agree, you can go buy a C with the Av port for $30 from Gamestop with a bit of looking.
