http://www.modchip.ca/store/home.php has parts. I bought a few things from them once and had no issues. There may be better options, but there's a start at least.

the lasers there SUCK. they are cheap chinese clones that dont work right or at all (ive tried a few of them) i dont have any lasers right now, but i do have a bunch of other PS1 parts if you need anything
