Alot of newer games are doing this. It has something to do with an update on the disc. If you strip the update from the image it should work.

Try using DVDFab, it breaks copyright protection from games and movie DVDs.

I suggest you get a brick blocked and scrubbed version of the game from bit-gamer or another such site. You could always go the trucha signer route and remove the update etc manually but it's probably easier for you to just download an ISO that has already been done for you.
To find out how you brick block and scrub games manually you should follow the guides on GBATemp.

Update your softmod then. What version are you running? To get newer games such as Wii Sports Resort etc to run on my Softmodded wii I had to update to 4.1 using waninkokos updater and upgrade my cios to the latest version.
If all else fails get the version from bitgamer with the alternate .dol in it and use NeoGamma R6. It MUST be R6 though. Any earlier version will not work.

Yeah I normally wouldnt fo that but the other one went unoticed LOL. Actually everyone had great advice and I got it to work. Though I still have not figured out where or how to use Wanikoko updater. If someone can point me to a guide on that I would appreciate it.
