Prince of Persia looks like it might actually be one of the first videogame based movies to be any good. So I was thinking about other games that might make entertaining movies and who would play the characters.
Metroid: Charlize Theron as samus. I really don't know who else would work here. She has already done physical and sci-fi roles with Aeon flux and hancock. Besides that, she has the acting ability to pull off a role where she's front and center nearly the whole movie. Metroid always had a feel where you're the only human in a huge environment. The movie would need that to work at all.
Vectorman: Bruce Campbell. Who else is there?
F-zero movie: Could be everything speed racer wasn't. Although I don't know enough about it to say who would play captain falcon.
* Zachary Quinto as Sub Zero
* Debi Mazar as Sonya Blade
* Chris Pine as Johnny Cage
* Jason Statham as Shao Khan
* Sarah Brightman as Sindel
* Kristen Kreuk or Cassie Steele as Kitana
* Michelle Trachtenberg(sic) as Mileena
* Meagan Good as Jade
MORE TBA
SUPER MARIO
* Jason Sudeikis as Mario
* Bill Hader as Luigi
* Kristen Chenowith as Princess Peach
* Malcolm McDowell as (the voice of) Bowser
* Jim Parsons as (the voice of) Toad
Crimson Skies
All I got is Gale Harold (Queer as Folk, Desperate Housewives) as Nathan Zachary.
nah a schwarzenegger comeback film would be a success no matter what it was about. Schwarzenegger and stallone could play aging bodybuilders who fall into a romance while on a duderanch and people would see it in droves. As long as something exploded.
