ok we all know how shoty a psp can be. so its no surprise that my psp is fucking up now. what it does is essentially go into the quite game screen while playing games. luckily to give you a visualization this guy had the same problem as me:
this is starting to happen quite often but i have only seen it with a few of my games (Monster Hunter freedom 2, Dissidia: final fantasy, and dj max fever).
now before you ask: NO i do not accidentally hit the button.
well im not going to send it to sony because we all know how they can get.
i got the system on christmas last year and i have not dropped it once yet. also this started happening only like 3 months ago or so. so my question is what should i do? i don't have money to get an complete new one. and i have a feeling the place my parents got it at will push it off as a fluke.

Got a friend with a select button problem similar to yours. Probably flex cable for the keys is acting up.
