Anyone use a Famicom to NES adapter on an FC Mobile 2?

Post by BAD PIXEL »

Was thinking of picking up a 60 pin to 72 pin adapter, essentially a Famicom to NES adapter for my FC Mobile 2. Has anyone else tried an adapter/converter like this on their FCM2? My main concern is cart stability. I have a Game Genie I've used on the FCM2 and it works okay, but the NES cart is a little loose. Just wondering if a Famicom on an adapter would be the same. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

I would assume you would run into the same issue of stability. The NES cart would be all the way out of the slot, since the FC Mobile 2 just isn't that deep.

That's what I had figured... Pretty much defeating any sort of Famicom gaming if you had to move for any reason.
