What Lego Video Game Would You Like To See?

So far we've seen Lego Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Batman, and Rock Band on the horizon..

But what character or series would you like to see in the future?


Personally, I'd like to see a Lego G.I. Joe game. One that's based on the classic "Real American Hero" GI Joe series, not the more recent Sigma 6 series

I'd also like to see a Lego Shinobi game. But I doubt they would have the balls to make it, considering the Ninja Gaiden series is so much more popular. Lego Ninja Gaiden wouldn't work as well, I think. It doesn't roll off the tongue quite like Lego Shinobi.

How about a open lego sim world where you build your game with legos and play through it. Kinda like "little big planet" meets "simcity". Maybe a world war 2 lego game you'd kill lego hitler. If you want a franchise lego ghostbusters or Justice league.

Hmm, I've actually never given any of the lego games a try except the GBA Bionicle games (which suck). I have a couple of ideas tho.

Lego Advance Wars - If you had a tank building area this could be really interesting. Kinda like tuning your car in Gran Turismo but visual.

Lego Fighter / Bionicle VS. This could be really bad if done wrong, but really good if done right. Anyone ever played Robot Wars: Extreme Destruction for PC or Cyborg Justice for Genesis? Make it with lego and it could be a best seller.

* more Lego Star Wars that take place beyond the movies and the so-so Clone Wars series. Lego KOTOR, maybe?

* Lego C&C: since a Lego-based RTS is what we need, and from what I heard, Rock Raiders wasn't that great.

* Lego SpongeBob... or not

* more Lego-based DC Comics games (Lego Superman, Lego Batman Beyond, etc)

Telltale won't dare make a PG rated Lego game so Silent Hill is out of the question. That being said a Jurassic Park adaptation would be nice. I'm sure they can squeeze in a 3+ rating if dinosaurs eat Lego people without making it look scary

As for those TT Lego games, they need to make the environments out of Lego bricks too. Lego Batman wasn't too keen on that design staple.

I passed on Lego games after Star wars. It was fun, but a novelty game.

I'd actually still be interested in new lego games if they weren't all THE EXACT SAME THING. I mean it's fine to turn franchises and characters into lego versions, but all the lego games follow the exact same format no matter what characters they use. Lego rock band will obviously be the exception. But you could toss batman into lego star wars or indiana jones into batman and it'd feel like the same game.

However, if they actually changed things up and introduced some new gameplay I'd like to see:

Lego Mario
Lego Ninja Turtles (make it a beat em up)
Lego The Matrix
