On the bright side I'm getting a number of backlinks and commission links in the process, but I still wish these spammers/thieves would drop dead.

Eww dude, they just straight up stole RB's content. They didn't even disguise it a little bit. That's gross.

Does that move them to a better circle of hell?

Yeah, this guy's an ass, apparently he's been stealing from Giant Bomb and a number of other sites as well.
