Re: Game.com
I know I have one of these in storage, but all the videos of the games that I looked at looked terrible. RE2 was slow and clunky, Duke Nukem 3D looked unfun, Sonic Jam was not fast-paced. It's a shame that they actually got the licenses for good franchises, because if the system was any better than it was, the games very well might have been something worth getting. Now they're just conversation pieces about how bad the system was. Wikipedia says that there was a Metal Gear Solid coming out for it. I kind of wish it was released.
I feel bad for Tiger. They tried so hard with gaming systems.

Re: Game.com
I've got a couple game.com systems around. The best game for it, unfortunately, is Lights Out. Every other game is really, really damaged by the shitty screen--you can barely see what's going on most of the time.
Re: Game.com
My friend had one. The only worthwhile game he had for it was Sonic Jam. It's a little on the slow side (Game.com sadly has no "Blast Processing" power) but still kinda fun. I wish they would've released Castlevania SOTN for it. When I talked to one of the Tiger programmers about it he said they only needed another month, but everything got canceled. The gameplay in SOTN is just the right pace for a passive matrix LCD - Alucard's magic trails wouldn't even need to be programmed in.
