New Fixed-Width Template

Sorry if you don't like it, but I'm going fixed width now -- it's mostly because the upcoming store layout pretty much needs it and I need things to be consistent.

Anyhow it hasn't affected me so I can't say I complain.

Its driving me nuts. But that is because I am using the white theme and I check the site way too often some days.
