is it safe to use this kind of hard drive. I've heard that micro$oft can ban you from live if they found non oem hard drive on your system. It sound stupid to me...

...that looks like an official xbox hardrive. You will have a 99.9% chance of being fine.

I wouldn't buy from Hong Kong if you're worried about that. Another guy on the forums just bought a Wiimote and nunchuck set, and while they were amazing relicas they were still fake. At that price, I would have to say its fake. Just look for one from a US seller with a non-stock picture. You may pay a little more but I think its more than worth it.

Definitely just go for a US seller, I don't trust anything from china except from a reputable re-seller such as Play-Asia.
