IGN Reviews Crooked?
IGN Reviews Crooked?
I was reading IGn.com and realized they average the editor's review and user's review for overall score. Most people would just look at the overall score for the rating of the game. That seems somewhat dishonest to me, I mean how can there actually be honest user reviews of The Sonic the Hedgehog Xbox360 game before it even came out or the day it came out?
I always think user reviews should be taken with a grain of salt unless I read it to see their reasoning.
It's too easy for fanboys or anti-fanboys to throw an inflated or deflated number up there

well usually reviewers get a copy of games before games are releasedalonzobots wrote:I was reading IGn.com and realized they average the editor's review and user's review for overall score. Missing the point
The user reviews are counted equally as part of the overall score, and they are allowed to give scores before the game even hits the market,
