GQD only sells new things. They've had a lot of reissues of rare games reprinted on their behalf. (Gitaroo Man, Rez, Nocture (twice i think), Digital Devil Saga, etc)

Yeah, I like how Game Quest Direct handled reissues of rare titles especially from Atlus that had limited print runs...
