Looks pretty cute. I figure some of you platformer fans will be interested in what the speaker has to say.

Very cool. An awesome spruce up of an old title.

Cool that they kept it 2d. It looks like a fun game.

The only way to deactivate the ray beam and fight back the vampire alien threat is with a complicated series of foot patterns on the device's control board that looks remarkably like a DDR pad. We will all praise this man for saving our lives and buy him a mountain of stuffed animals.

This looks awesome! I haven't played the NES version at all, but I heard that the NES version was crap. They were apparently going to make a DS installment, but it for some reason got cancelled.

Still waiting on that Kid Icarus game, Nintendo... :?

Back in the day my friend loved this game so I borrowed it. The game was not very "nice" there were almost no hints nor direction on where to go/what to do next and that was frustrating. The control was not the best either, but because my friend loved it, and being as competitive as I am I played it for hours hating for the first couple and loving it after. It's one of those games (the NES version) that grows on you in the same manner that the old SCUMM adventure games do - you may be doing the same thing over and over, but solving the puzzles and moving on in the game motivates you.
