hey guys, after a several year hiatus, i'm getting back into retro consoles. This place looks like a pretty active community, but are there any other sites and forums to recommend? Maybe for Sega fans? How about buying and trading -- where should I go for that?

I'd say you're all set here, as we've got a great Buy/Sell/Trade forum, and most of us are pretty fond of SEGA and the other companies like it SNK (NEO-GEO), NEC (Turbo Grafix 16) etc...

Take a minute to check out the sub-forums, and I guarantee you won't get disappointed. :D

If you're looking for an auction site to buy things, eBay is still heavily used, though there's always Chase the Chuck Wagon. I like to check it from time to time to see how well it's expanding.

yeah check out CTCW some good deals and cool stuff pops up there. As for other forums digitalpress and neogeo.com are nice and atariage if you like atari and for sega I like sega16 for nintendo its all nintendoage
