I love KFC and I been going to my local location for years. It had great food, fair prices and the guy who worked there would give me free soda sometimes too if I had to wait for my food.
A few years later the location took new ownership. That's when shit went down the drain.
-The quality of the food started to suffer
-The location would not take online coupons nor honer the free promotion coupons
-The cheap 3 or 4 dollar valve meals that all other locations offer they did not offer or had for a short time and took it away
-The prices of all the items are sky high in price and the value meals are 8-10 bucks in price. Fuckin ludicrous.
Can I complain to cooperate and have something done?

yeah that's how my local kfc sounds like. man i love kfc but now i don't go eat there that often anymore it's just way too expensive. i too wish to put them in check but i doubt something can be done.

I live in the south... theres a KFC per every two miles down here. They ususally have good service, though.

I've never been a big fan of KFC, but have you tried Popeye's Chicken? It's not really much cheaper (prolly the opposite), but I find it's much better.

I have had pretty much every fried chicken and I think KFC is the best, with Popeyes close behind. I used to live in the "hood" when I went to college and we literally had a Churches across the street from Crown Fried Chicken, and diagonal across the intersection was Lincoln Fried Chicken. Popeyes was in the shopping center down the street, and a block further down was the KFC. The no name chains were awful but they were the only ones open until 4am

My problem is the only kfc within 30 minutes of me is a kfc/a&w. They have pretty much the entire kfc menu. . . except for potato wedges, which are one of the best things kfc has going for them. Instead you end up with a&w's stale, soggy, shit-tasting fries. Seriously, is it that hard to offer both?
