My current arcade gaming setup: Neo Geo cab and Egret II

Post by OldSchoolGamer »

I do not have much to post here as of right now as my collection is getting trimmed up and shortened, but I figure I would post what I have pics of that I am not getting rid of and that I use a lot.

That would be my Neo Geo 2 slot Gold cab and my Egret II candy cab.

I only have 2 PCB's currently to use on the Egret II, but I am working on getting Death Smiles.

I will post pics of the rest of my stuff after I have finished with my sale and I get everything organized as its a mess over here.

never seen which one? Hang out at neogeo.com and you'll see tons of this stuff. The woody cabs for neo geo are alot less common it seems than the big reds I prefer the big reds but woody's are nice to. Nice egret also. Hopefully these get lots of play!

MY cabs do get a good amount of use. Ever since I got the Egret II though my Neo cab has been getting neglected :(.

I think it is true the Goldy cabs are harder to come across than reds, but I think thats because they are soo much lighter, and the 19' screen makes the games look sharper than on the 25' screen, so they are more desirable for that reason.

Taito Egret II is still my favourite candy of all time. Great looking cabinets. Perfect for shmup addicts.
