VGA Box was an ebay score. It's the commonly-seen one made by Innovation. Price on the box was $49.99, but I got it for $14.99.

Re: The stuff I just got for my birthday
FYI, looks like this:

pretty common to come across, if you search for "Gamecube VGA Box". I browsed for a few days and found a $15 deal, but they usually go more for like $30 or so.
I read some bad reviews of it, but took a chance because of the deal I got. And I'm actually quite happy with it. I dont know if people were expecting it to enhance the picture. It doesn't do that obviously. But it is easy to setup, draws its power from the GC itself, and displays on a VGA monitor (duh). So if yr just looking to save some space, I highly recommend this thing. I've tried out Gamecube, Gameboy, Color and Advance games thru it, and had no problems.
