Need Help VGA MDK2, Bootdisc Issues

I have MDK2 US release which is supposed to work on VGA. It's the only game I've seen thus far that my codebreaker won't work on (as a boot disc) with my JP dreamcast.

Any ideas on what boot discs function in VGA mode that would work with this game?
