Problem with scdconv-sega-cd region converter

Hi
Iam having a few problems trying to change the region on sega-cd games that i am burining to disk
Ive downloaded scdconv and convscd but i cant seem to get them to work under windows xp and iam hope less using dos
Is there a windows xp version of these programs anywhere with a nice easy to use gui like srp 1.1 for the saturn.
