One member at digitpress said that his Dad possibly had such watch back in the days when he was a gamer. He also said that they were possibly ordered directly from Sega of America from catalogue.
By they way these watch have phosphorescent arrows which glow in the dark and built-in LED flashlight which is activated by a second button. The LED is situated on top side and lights pretty cool and bright.

What an interesting Sega watch find. I wonder where it originally came from. Is the box it came in original? Maybe a UFO catcher or a promo item handed out during a convention perhaps?
