So i've not been on for a while, but the quick check (about 3 pages...) I did hasn't found anything on the subject

Who here has a twitter account? I'd be interested to add a couple of you, what with this board being generally friendly and most of you seeming amusing in a forum setting it could brighten up my quad-daily twitter checks. I've seen Racketboy's got one and added him (he's not following me, it's ok though, i'm barely hurt) so if you've got it, post it.

I looked at it once but I didn't get what it was supposed to be. I understand facebook and myspace but twitter looked like some random sloppy mess of people writing where they are every 45 minutes.

I agree - I don't see the appeal. Even non-gross stuff like "I just got off the train" or "I'm really stoked about this concert tonight!" is just inane.

edit - i'm pretty sure that video just called me a trivial friendless exhibitionist with nothing interesting to say, ouch, my feelings!

I'm so tired of all this tech stuff I couldn't even make it through that video making fun of it.

I don't have twitter.
I don't have an iphone.
In fact all my phone does is make calls and text message.
I hate laptops.
My car doesn't have navigation, sync, bluetooth, power seats, or a 5th gear.
I hate downloadable content.

I now realize how people go from being adults to old men.

I did. They said things like "I might have seen a policeman watching some folks dogging in the sainsburys carpark tonight, possibly" and "phiew, on second inspection it was just the flesh coloured button on the fly on my trousers, crisis averted" and "i'm never going to stop dreaming about being in school am i"

Your account does a pretty nice job of capturing that twitter feel that we're all commenting on!
