I really love subnormality, but it is very very very wordy. Regardless, a good comment on metroid and tomb raider.

Wall of text. No thanks. Same reason why I hate CAD.

yeah- subnorm doesn't really utilize the comic language very well. A lot of telling and not showing. You could use this one comic to script out like a 22 page book. I usually pass on it when it gets wordy too, but the art is solid and there are some good ideas thrown around in subnorm to keep me coming back.Mozgus wrote:Wall of text. No thanks. still- i read this one and was pretty entertained.

I got turned off when Samus was talking like a half-educated member of the inner city.

Woah I think this guy should be writing a novel or a screenplay, not a comic. . .

I got half way through it, but the ridiculous personalities just pissed me off.

I read it, but it had considerably more talk about them peeing themselves and considerably less lesbian sex than I wanted.

I deeply enjoyed this; he shows a ton of talent as an author. He's a great artist, too. People are right here, though, he doesn't mix the arts very gracefully. Still, I like it because I like reading. It's like reading a few pages from a novel, only slightly more interesting, which is good. I should check him out more.
