Well I dont think microsoft would have entered the console market had there been 3 strong and experienced competitors, and I think the wii would be struggling for games since Sega are publishing all nintendos best games just lately, which just seems wrong.

Considering all the weight the DC originally carried behind it I'd say that it could have done incredibly well had SEGA held on until the DVD craze ended.
