Retro mag motherload!

Post by Unleaded Logic »

Just thought I'd share a new bit of things I just added to my collection. I asked a buddy of mine at work if he had any Nintendo Power mags and was curious if he felt like selling them if he had any. I threw out a ton of mine when I moved out of my parents house and I still regret it. My buddy said he had a decent collection and would bring a few...

A few days later he said he had some of the mags in truck as well as a couple other things, I was toally blown away when he pulled out two boxes loaded with old magazines. Game Informer, Nintendo Power, EGM, Game Pro, Dreamcast, Next Gen and Gamefan were in the boxes ranging from like 1994 to 2003. He even had the Nintendo Power Supper Power Club catalogs in great condition to boot! To top it off, when I asked him how much he wanted for it all, he said if you're keeping them to yourself, then they are free! Awesome! So now I got plenty of reading material on the can for some retro goodness!

I think I like collecting old gaming mags more than old games :)
My shelves are quite full now :)

Looks like you got some Bulls programs in there as well. I'm assuming McHenry is McHenry, Illinois. I have a customer in Wonder Lake and one in Cary.

You got it. Wonder Lake is like 5 minutes away! Cary is about 15. What do for work?

How much would you and your friend want if they were shipped to phillyman and sacrificed for www.retromags.com for prosperity?

Id be willing to chip in to fill some of the holes in the retromag collection for history's sake.

Wouldn't be interested unfortunately. I have another project for these for the summer.
