Hey everybody, I was thinking about the many games that Wario has been in over the years and was wondering what the people of racketboy think is the best one. Each game brought something new to the table.
I personally feel that Wario Land 3 was the perfect balance for the greedy platformer. It mastered the idea of creating a challenging game where it was absolutely impossible to die. This was augmented by the challenging puzzle-based platforming it presented. The sheer scope of the game is staggering, and the day/night switch provides an added sense of depth. Even the mysterious figure at that guides you gives your mission of greedy treasure hunting an interesting twist.
So now I ask you, What's your favorite?
What's the best Wario game to come out so far?

Having only played WarioWare and the first WarioLand, I have to go with the first WarioLand. That was one platformer that was really fun to try and find everything in. You needed to get into all the levels to get the best castle.

Not as much of a joke as it may seem. Aside from the blindness, Wario Land on the VB was really good.

I've played (and own) all the Wario games, and have to cast another vote for Wario Land 3. The game has the perfect amount of levels to explore, plus every time you revisit a level with a new ability, that level feels like several levels. I also enjoy being invincible (for obvious reasons), but also like how the the game reaches positive equilibrium through tricky puzzle gameplay.
Wario Land 2, does however earn bonus points for all the secret levels and multiple endings. And finally, Wario Land and WarioWare are to separate entities, who cannot be compared.
EDIT: those who have voted for Wario Land 4: I hope you've played all the games, for the spectrum varies drastically.

I wanted to vote both warioland 1 and 2 but since I only had 1 choice I went for 1 cause I like traditional platformers with power ups, lives, and dieing. but the series overall if great. treasrue hunting rocks..... when you have the time for it (thus no wario land 2 replay for me)...
also i've never played warioland 3
