Is there another game that needs a sequel more than this?

Try Conker Live & Reloaded for the Xbox.

Live and reloaded wasn't really a sequel. It upset me that it got rid of the N64's multiplayer for it.

As great as it was though, Banjo Kazooie did it better.

Awesome game(N64 version that is), really set itself apart from other platformers of the time. Even today, it still has a certain uniqueness to it. It was surreal, funny and had great movie parodies. Nice variety of gameplay styles too. To be fair though, some parts of the game were frustrating and some of the game's humor was a bit juvenile.

At times the gameplay did seem as if it were taking a backseat to the humour.

It doesn't get any more juvenile than the Great Might Poo, but it's still a classic boss battle.

The parodies and how the gameplay fit in is what did it for me. The Matrix part was great to play, the storming the beach fit right in, they weren't forced it just all seemed to flow.
