Thrustmaster T-Wireless Gamecube/Wii controller

Post by fast »

Has anyone used one of these before? If so I am very curious as to how you remap the buttons, namely the primary analog stick. I have read that they lose their remapings after 5 minutes of none use, or turning them off, which is a downside but workable.

What I want to do is finally make an actual arcade stick for the Gamecube. Most made thus far work through the dpad - meaning games like NiGHTS on the Wii and Super Monkey Ball do not work. The only exception I have found is Logic 3 stick for the Gamecube but those seem to be very difficult to find online - atleast in my searches I have made from work. If any of you have a ready supply of those for a fair price I may be interested. This thrustmaster joystick seems idle (if it works) since it is cheap and easily obtainable. However if it does not support that remapping, or it is not worth it, well its back to square one.
