I want to know if its possible to play netlink editions of games on a real Saturn without the netlink cartridge? Like Duke Nukem 3D for example since I heard it checks for the cartridge at start up.
Sorry about my intrusive introduction, but I normally don't post on forms these days, and I am just dying to know.
A question about netlink saturn games.

I would think it would work. Of course your not gonna be able to go on netlink and play online but just for solo i cant think of why it wouldnt.
Older. Not wiser.

Of course you can. The games all function just as the normal versions of the games for one or multiple players on one machine, they just also have the ability to play with a remote opponent via the NetLink.
Ow! My small intestine!
